• SuccessMagnet Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment.

4. Course Content and Delivery

• We provide training aligned with MSBTE syllabus, coding (DSA), aptitude, and placement preparation.
• Course content, schedule, and trainers may change based on availability or improvements.
• We strive to keep our curriculum up to date but make no guarantees of success in any examination or job placement.

5. Payment and Refund

• All course fees must be paid in full before course access is granted.
• Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

6. Student Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and show respect towards trainers and peers.
• Any form of plagiarism, misbehavior, or misuse of platform may lead to suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, documents, and content provided are the intellectual property of SuccessMagnet Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

SuccessMagnet Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage from use of our services or inability to access them.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is collected for enrollment and academic purposes only and will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

10. Modification of Terms
